Chief I. A. OLUNLOYO made the foundation of the company in 1963, over four decades ago as a construction firm. Chief Olunloyo – Civil Engineer, Chairman I. A. Olunloyo & Sons Ltd. (Civil Engineering and Building Contractors) has successfully constructed and delivered several residential, commercial and industrial buildings to various clients within the West African sub-region.
The company diversified into Property Development in 1983, with the incorporation of WADIA INTERNATIONAL in West Africa , U.S.A. and U.K. USA
WADIA INTERNATIONAL was established to coordinate the construction of refineries in West Africa through financing, equipment sourcing and networking with other firms in the oil and gas industry. Its principals are Oluwatoyin A. Olunloyo, Arthur Akeroyd, Princess Damilola Olunloyo and Mike Lester. WADIA has working relationships with companies in the USA , Canada , Australia , The Netherlands, France , Germany , and UK
WADIA INTERNATIONAL works directly with SATURN ENERGY DEVELOPMENT Inc. and MARRON CORPORATION for the construction of its refinery and energy related projects.
SATURN and MARRON work with its associated companies on an “as needed” basis and maintains contractual relationship with these companies in order to meet project goals and completion of work. Attached is a list of the companies associated with SATURN and MARRON that could be involved with WADIA’s projects.
TRENDSWAY International is a major supplier of Agricultural Tractors and Implements to the Agricultural sector in the West African sub-region; we are exclusive distributors in the region for SAME DEUTZ- FAHR GROUP, a renowned Italian Tractor manufacturer. We are also exclusive marketers of HELIOS Technology Solar Energy panels and accessories, INCES Traffic signal lights and BIZZOCHI Ariel Platforms.
AERODYNAMICS Limited is a major supplier of Aircraft maintenance tools and equipment to the Aviation industry within the West African sub-region; we are currently building the largest aircraft maintenance hanger to cater for the aviation industry in the West African sub-region.
